Our Wines

Our three main varietals are Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

They were all carefully mapped across the differing soil types in parcels, with plantings in both dominant soil types. Because we keep each parcel separate, it allows us the ultimate flavour components at blending time.
